SACSS 5K Sponsorships

The South Asian Council for Social Services (SACSS) is hosting a 5K Run/Walk on September 12 in Kissena Park, Queens. This is a community-centered event bringing together runners, families, local businesses, and neighbors to generate support and uplift underserved communities of NYC. The 5K run/walk will be open to participants of all ages and experience levels, along with opportunities for community engagement, local partnerships, especially food vendors, and volunteer involvement. We anticipate great participation from community members across New York City and surrounding neighborhoods.
We are currently seeking sponsors to help make this event possible. Sponsorship support will directly contribute to event operations, participant resources, community programming, and the continued work of our nonprofit organization. In return, sponsors will receive visibility throughout event promotions, day-of signage, social media recognition, and the opportunity to align with a meaningful community initiative according to the sponsorship tier.

ABOUT SACSS
SACSS (South Asian Council for Social Services) is a community-based nonprofit organization that serves over 350,000 underserved New Yorkers every year. SACSS’s mission is to empower and integrate underserved South Asians and other communities into the economic and civic life of New York. We champion healthcare access for all, support our seniors’ to thrive, enable food justice, prepare community members in workforce development, training them in basic and advanced English and learn to use computer, and empower women through our Wednesday’s for Women and Stitch with SACSS tailoring program to be economically independent, provide information on immigration through a legal clinic, develop our youth’s leadership, and engage community members in their civic rights through our programs.
